Delivery
We aim to ship your delivery as quickly as possible within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. This does not include Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Please note there may be a delay during busy times such as holidays, busy periods and adverse weather conditions. This is due to the postal service which is beyond our control. Please refer to the Royal Mail website for updates.
All orders will be sent via either Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Delivery or Royal Mail Recorded Signed. Please note Standard Delivery service has no tracking option available, if you prefer the security of tracking please choose the Recorded Signed option as we cannot be held responsible for loss of items within the postal service.
Please make sure someone is available to sign for your delivery if choosing Recorded Signed.
If your order states delivered via your tracking details but you have not received your order, you will need to contact your local delivery office.
We cannot send parcels to P.O. Boxes, sorry for any inconvenience. The order will be cancelled and refunded.

Damaged Items
All orders are thoroughly checked before dispatch. In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged you must contact Royal Mail directly to make a claim, as we are not held responsible for any items being damaged in transit.
Returns
If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we will be happy to accept returns. Providing the item is unopened, in its original packaging and returned via a trackable method. The customer is responsible for all return postage costs.
